$1 billion acquisition Camargo Corrêa, Loma Negra SA, Selling shareholders
Camargo Corrêa has closed the $1 billion acquisition of Loma Negra SA from Amalia Lacroze de Fortabat and Maria Inés Lafuente, following regulatory approval from the Ministry of Economy. Loma Negra owns the largest cement and concrete manufacturer in Argentina, a railway and an industrial waste processor company.
