Ecopetrol S.A., a petroleum company, has entered into an agreement to acquire a 24.7% stake in Oleoducto Central S.A. (OCENSA), an oil pipeline company, for $417.8 million from Enbridge, Inc., a Canada-based provider of energy transportation and distribution services.
